*Soon after the entrance to Ogikubo high school, Father, Shotaro died of subarachnoid hemorrhage. Since then, I had to work through my education. 1st, I wanted to be an English teacher, but After going to the United States, I was touched with the People of America. At the end of the year, I met US Congressman, Bill Archer and he was a Statesman. Eventhough my position differed from his, I started to think about becoming a statesman like him. So, I decided to major in law and government in college, in stead of English Language. Then I have met my life-long supervisor, Prof. Rei Shiratori.

*I worked as a waiter at Shinagawa Pacific Hotel for tuition for Dokkyo University. As I broke my leg in trafic accident, I needed to change my job. A friend of mine offered me a job at ECC Foreign Language Institute as a part-time staff member, so I could continue my college life. When I graduate from College, Prof. Rei Shiratori offered me a position at his private institute, Institute for Political Studies in Japan (IPSJ). My main work was arranging a morning seminar for Top Class Business Leaders, Jornalists and Poitical Scientists having Ministers and Top Leaders of various Political Parties. Another seminar was provided for Ambassedors and Foreign Deplomats. After the experiences under Prof. Shiratori's supervision, he sugested me to run for the election in Soka City. Without any acquainted people, I moved to Soka alone. After 3 years, I had made a few friends in Soka through Junior Chamber, and they were my strong supporters. In 1996, I was elected to the nation's youngest vice chairman of City Council.

*As the Secretary General of Japanese People's Deligation to Republic of Malta, visited the President Tabone in Nov, 1990 right before the Malta Summit. Made a comment on the summit in "Time 3", nation-wide TV program, as a guest commentator.

*Representing 7,000 returnees of YFU program, I was appointed to be Council member of YFU Foundation (President; H.E.Mr. Yoshio Okawara), when it promoted to be Foundation under the ministry of Education and the ministry of Foreign Affaires.

*Young City Councilors upto 35 years old gathered in Japan City Councilors' League. I have been in charge of managing the largest bloc "Kanto" which contains about 100 members.

*50 youth were invited to "Global Youth Exchange Program" sponsored by Ministry of foreign Affaires. The topic was on 'Global Environmental Protection'. As a representative of Japan, I discussed as a panel at United Nations University, Shibuya, Tokyo.
